There’s something about the twilight that makes ninnies of us all. Like crepuscular possums and agitated cats, we twitch toward the rising of the moon and leave the greater part of sanity with the sun.

Night is the time for real nonsense. The later it gets, the better, and more peculiar, everything seems.

It only stands to reason, then, that the comedy festival will heat to fever pitch by the light of the silvery, somewhat devious moon.
