Take your little critic to only the best in town.

On the way to the top, or even on the way to the middle, every comic will face a tough room. He'll meet belligerent drunks, stroppy stags or, worse, an audience that pays him no heed. Of all the tough rooms in a tough, tough, business, however, the hardest to conquer is one full of kids.

Adults will often laugh and applaud when a response is expected. Children are not encumbered by a desire to please. If comic timing is off or a gag falls short, an audience of littlies will rustle the chip packet of their disinterest in protest.

To survive in the kid's comedy business, you actually have to be good. Herewith a selection of things that parents and issue will tolerate.
