Jimmy's Noodle & Rice
Editorial
Chef Moe Myat Zaw serves up an extensive array of modern takes on Asian classics with a particular focus on rice and noodle dishes. The menu ranges widely from Thai green chicken curry to Singapore noodles through to Japanese fish. The rice dishes are offered with a choice of different meats and there are more than 15 styles of noodle. Added to this is a good selection of appetisers and soups to ensure there is something for every palate. The laksa is particularly delicious with chicken, seafood and vegetables in a red curry soup redolent of laksa leaves. Fragrant yet mild, it is best enjoyed with a drink from the small but functional wine list.

I have just tried the nasi goreng and at $13.50 is an absolute rip off. It contained ltttle more than a couple of pieces of pork and chicken, a couple of veges literally and an egg on top. Absolute crap for the price. I wouldn't pay more than $6 for this muck.

Hmm... This review seems kinda out dated.. And certainly I dont agree with the above, as I do think Jimmy's do deserve much more credit than a random bias and sceptical comment. They have done so well over the past 10yrs, n I plan to continue my support.
