Incontro
Editorial
Perched on the corner of Mends Street and The Esplanade in South Perth, Incontro offers an experience that won't escape your memory quickly. As well as uninterrupted views, the restaurant has an amazingly stylish interior and modern Mediterranean cuisine to match. The best way to experience this menu is to start with a tier stand to share with your guests.
Delicious dishes to choose from include sizzling prawns, smoked trout croquettes, oysters, roasted beef fillet crostini and more. I couldn't think of a better way to sample so many divine flavours! The vongole with Australian clams, prawns, chilli and linguine is light and flavoursome, but the wood-fired crustacean dish should not be missed. Imagine Moreton Bay bugs, West Australian prawns and scampi roasted in a roaring wood-fire then served on a bed of pilaf rice. The rice is enriched with the jus and flavour of the dish, and the seafood is perfect with fresh zest and a sprinkle of sea salt. Alternatively, there's the delicious Linley Valley pork belly, or the interesting coffee-braised beef cheek, just to name a few.
With such wonderful cuisine and spectacular views, it's easy to see why Incontro is a favourite choice for special occasions.
