The folk at Ristretto have done it all for you - sourced it, roasted it, ground it and delivered it in quantities to share. That’s their motto and there’s nought wrong with that for lovers of the little brown bean. For the benefit of the uninitiated, the term Ristretto refers to a very short espresso coffee and only the most seasoned of barista will understand this, so don’t go ordering them all over town. Luckily, for the town of Perth, there are one or two such-seasoned in the art of the very short shot - specifically at its namesake, Ristretto in St Georges Terrace.
