C Restaurant

When it comes to glitz and glam, C Restaurant is giving other venues in Perth a real run for there money.

Editorial

You don't see many rotating restaurants these days. While they were hugely fashionable for a time, they all seem to have either closed or broken down. That's a shame, because there's something very decadent about the concept. It brings to mind 1980's soap operas like Dallas and Dynasty - big money and hedonism. Good times!

With all the money that's flown into Perth thanks to the decade-long mining boom, big money and hedonism have been doing rather well here, thank you very much. Perth is the new Texas. Our version anyway - a frontier town with cash to burn. Make your way to the top of St Martin's Tower, where C Restaurant is housed, and the money is palatable. The views from the floor-to-ceiling windows are simply spectacular and you get the full panoramic showcase as the world slowly rotates around you.

Settle in on the oversized, modern couches and you can choose from a selection of cocktails, imported spirits and wines. Whatever you opt for, watching the sunset over the ocean while enjoying a drink in a rotating restaurant is wonderfully decadent. Whether you're a local or just visiting, it's definitely worth a visit.

The C Restaurant is awesome, I went there for my birthday last year. It's a special place.

My husband and I, along with friends have been 3 times in the past year. Although the view is breathtaking, the second sitting for dinner was far from relaxing and found the lack of service and the quality of food far from 5 star. The noise level from the Kitchen on the third night and the staff was distracting, the service minimal compared with our first visit, which was impressive. The food has never been exceptional but the elegant and relaxed dining experience made up for the food shortfalls. However each time our friends and I have been less impressed, it is overrated and overpriced for the quality of food and service. Hint, do not order the sardines, you will be crunching for the rest of the night.

visited the restaurant the other day for the first time with my husband for our 10th wedding anniversary first of all, I could not believe how spectacular the views were, it was truly amazing!! My husband and I both ordered the Chargrilled grass fed beef fillet for a maiin, and the choclate moelleux for dessert they were both delicious and would reccommend this to anyone who would like to go the restaurant. Our waiter was very helpful (french accent) and he made our night a very memorable one to remember. I cannot say one negative thing about the restaurant the staff are very delightful and the food was brilliant, THANK YOU C RESTAURANT, and you will be seeing me soon.

My family had a very disappointing experience at c restaurant Took my wife for a Champagne high tea for her birthday. We booked 2 weeks earlier and were told that 1 high-tea was plenty for 2 adults. In addition we booked for a children's high tea for our two small children to share. We waited 20 mins before our waiter arrived at our table. The waiter advised that we would have to order 2 high teas as there were 2 adults. This was not what we wanted or had booked for. The waiter spoke to the Ass Mgr who rudely informed us that we would need to order 2 HT’s. People were gathering at the entrance and my wife was getting extremely embarrassed. I informed the Ass Mgr that we were not told this at the time of booking and my wife left with my 2 children. My daughter was very upset as she too had been looking forward to her first high-tea experience. The Ass Mgr then said that "I can't do anything because your wife is leaving" We left without eating. We have never been treated so badly.
