The cute earthen-tiled pizzeria that is Freo's Sandrino's is dominated by two wood-fired ovens at the far end of the room giving an air of authenticity to proceedings. It goes without saying then that the pizzas are pretty awesome - with authentic, crispy thin bases and a focus on fresh, flavoursome toppings. The marinated prawn, tomato and bocconcini is a treat. If pizza isn't your thing, the restaurant makes full use of the Indian Ocean too, with fabulous seafood on offer, including fresh oysters and chilli mussels, or traditional past dishes including a richly creamy carbonara.
