A fabulous addition to the ever-growing Burswood fortress of fine food, cool-looking Alure serves up seafood with style and panache. From freshly shucked oysters to crab cakes, seared scallops to ocean trout, Alure delivers amazing platefuls of masterfully designed delight. The Kimberley barramundi is spot on, as is Kalbarri snapper. If fish isn't your thing, and you would appear to be in the wrong place, then there's plenty to choose from including lamb rack and Angus beef, and richly rewarding wild mushroom polenta for the veggies. The bar is swish too, and they have an inspired wine list.
