The group who owns the Middle Park Hotel, The Royal Saxon and The Albert Park Hotel have now redone the old Newmarket which was formerly and affectionately known as ‘tits and schnitz’. It’s now a stylish affair and the fit out is modern with clean lines but very comfortable. South American dishes are done well and the 17 beers on tap are sure to thrill many.
