Some places just get everything right, don’t they? This elegant, simple and comfortable café is doing well on all fronts. There’s an air of professionalism as soon as you walk into Miss Jackson’s. The staff are pleasant and efficient, and the food, well, let’s just say they know what they’re doing. It might not be the most inventive menu in town, but boy, these guys can cook. From the delectable ricotta pancakes with strawberries and lemon curd to the perfect corn fritters with bacon, avocado and roasted vine tomatoes to the steak sandwich, the chicken wrap and the corned beef sandwich, you cannot go wrong.
