Why is it that some areas get all the luck? Some suburbs are just bursting with quality cafes that are as passionate about their coffee as they are their food. Then there are other suburbs that are simply begging for a decent local and no-one seems to want to step forward. This was the case with Freshwater place in Southbank, but thankfully someone saw the opportunity. The coffee is the best in the area and the locals know it. Food-wise it’s all about gourmet sandwiches which are well made with fresh ingredients and some hot dishes which change daily.
