HORRIBLE. I had the calamari salad & it was undercooked. complained & was told not to worry that I wouldn't get sick from it. went home & was very, very sick. rang and complained immediately to the manager who took my details. still waiting to hear back - that was three weeks ago. BE WARNED!!! will never go there again. previous to that had been a few other times and never walked away with a great experience. my advice - don't bother with so many other great options in richmond!
