This place is fantastic. Great to take kids to. We eat here every time we travel to Melbourne. Great food, not expensive. Love this place !!

Food is quite good but is expensive for what it is. Typical kids menu - lots of deep fried stuff. Large play area for kids, suitable for about 3+ years. I’ve eaten here quite a few times and the service is usually OK. However, when I went there today with a few other mums and our kids, we weren't made to feel welcome. It was 11 am and there were no other customers in the bistro. We just wanted a coffee and for our kids to have a play, yet we were discouraged from sitting at a table next to the play area because of bookings that were not due for over an hour. We were told not to put our prams in the way of the play area entrance. The bistro is the size of an olympic stadium and there was no one else around that we were going to be in the way of, so I felt quite annoyed at being chastised like this. There is no food until midday, so not really a good place to take young kids for a morning outing.
