It's one big shared dark wood table or be damned, though the lack of seats and hidden locale mean it's intimate. You just might have to be intimate with a stranger. Tucked behind Bourke Street's The Paperback, this former residence of colonial artist Eugene Von Guerard packs in a heap more charm than the floor plan should allow. A great, if similarly petite wine list is fleshed out with tasty cocktails and enticing home cooking
