During the Town Hall's impressive history, Federation was debated, Dame Nellie Melba belted out her debut tune and four pimply guys with thick accents known as Beatles popped in for a cuppa. With ten unique rooms ranging from the intimate to the grand, this venue really does caters for a variety of events.

The Main Hall
The glitzy jewel in this grand old dame's crown, the Main Hall is certainly a regal space. Spectacular chandeliers hang from 70 foot ceilings and an 800 seat balcony wraps around extensive floor seating making this one serious room to see the big events.

Lower Town Hall
The art deco vibe of this subterranean space also lends itself to some serious grandeur but is still small enough to give a feeling of intimacy. With the impressive lighting dome and the timber panelling on the walls, this venue will surely impress a date.

The Portico Room
They call the Portico Room “one of Melbourne's signature locations” which could make it a posh, but interesting place to visit!

The Regent Room
Known as an “intimate room awash with natural light and elegant period charm”.

The Supper Room
The only room on the third floor, this space certainly has an 'exclusive' vibe to it. Described as 'glamorous' with an aristocratic charm, it's probably where James Bond might go if he were in town.
