Ito Japanese Noodle Cafe
Editorial
From the a la carte selection start with an entree of miso soup (a Japanese bean paste soup with tofu); chawan mushi (steamed egg custard with seafood and vegetables); or the chef's tempura selection of seafood and vegetables deep-fried in light batter. Follow with the suki yaki (thinly sliced beef cooked in sweet soy sauce with vegetables served in a hot pot), or a selection of ramen options that include the chatsu ramen with Japanese barbecue pork and the kaisen ramen with an assortment of seafood. Alternatively, choose something from the sushi bar such as the Californian rolls or the unagi hoso maki (grilled eel). Fully licensed, Ito also offers BYO wine for only $3 corkage per head.

They know how to charge you, but their noodle soup is another bad one. I understand that you could get those bad noodle soups(Ramen) in Japan as well, but you'd expect you get a something fair in CBD, but, nooooo! Don't think Japanese noodle soups are as tasteless as they serve in Ito Cafe. They should stick with what they know-slicing sushi-

I'm from Hokkaido, but Ito cafe's noodle soups aren't good. Take this comment from a true local.
