Who would have known that back in 1991 when an italian family bought a small pizza shop in Lower Plenty that it would grow to become a fast paced and fresh new pizza innovation by 2003! Run predominantly by family members in the beginning, Margherita's now sustains an amazing 40 employees ranging in age from the mid teens to the early 50's.
