The Boulevard Restaurant & Functions
Editorial
The Boulevard may only be minutes from the CBD, but with its tranquil, native bush surroundings and country feel, you might as well be miles away. Open for breakfast and lunch seven days a week, The Boulevard is available for exclusive use every evening. A retractable wall of windows overlooking the golf course opens onto a large decking area which is complemented by the simple yet stylish decor of the dining room within. Also on offer are fabulous views of the city skyline and, if you’re fortunate enough, a magnificent sunset on a cold winters eve over the lush green of the golf course.
Start with an entree of vitello vonnato con capperi di pantelleria (thinly sliced veal served with Sicilian capers and tuna mayonnaise), or the collezione antipasto (collection of five house-made antipasto flavours). For a main, sample the ravioli di branzino con salsa di crostacie (barramundi-filled ravioli with a seafood bisque), or the tagliata di cervo con marmelata di mirtilli rossi e mille foglie di patate e scalogno(pan-roasted venison with cranberry marmalade served with potato and shallot mille foglie). Finish with the semifreddo alla gianduia con salsa lime e frangelico (hazelnut and chocolate semifreddo with lime and Frangelico anglais sauce). The Boulevard is fully licensed with a good range of wines and champagne to complete your meal.
