Melbourne never ceases to be full of surprises and this one is an absolute beauty for shopaholics. Just when you thought you had all the best cheap shopping spots in Melbourne covered, another just sprung up! Dockland's Harbour Town is the latest outlet shopping centre worth a visit. Located at the base of the Southern Star Observation Wheel, there are around 90 brand-direct outlets, off price and clearance stores, to bargain hunt through. If that's not enough, there are also around 100 speciality stores, a Designers House (including Tim O'Connor, Kenzo and Jaeger) and a market. Wow! The term 'shop till you drop' is now a very real possibility!
Getting there: a short walk if in the CBD, or catch any tram from Latrobe Street.
