I had been ordering pizzas from Red Rock for 3 years. Two weeks ago I ordered and paid with my credit card for pizza and dessert. The pizza never arrived. When I called back after 1.5 hours they said they had delivered the pizza to a neighbour! They refused to refund my money. I sent a letter and again had to call to ask for the refund. They (person who said the neighbour got it and her manager) again refused to refund my money even though someone else got the pizza. Do not order from Red Rock. Shocking customer service.
