The service here is awful! Some of the staff members are just down-right rude. They have a "no outside drinks" policy, which I get. But I just took a sip from my own water bottle as I was about to leave and pay for my meal and the staff member comes up to me and rudely says that next time I either buy a drink from the restaurant or wait till I get out of the place. Then she rolls her eyes, passes me my bill and walks away. I'm sorry but there will be no next time! As a paying customer I believe that I deserve at least some sort of common courtesy, which the staff member obviously does not possess. There are more polite ways to let someone know that they are not allowed to do something. I have been in the service industry and I would NEVER talk to my customers that way! No matter how good the food is in a restaurant, if the service is nasty....They don't deserve mine, or anyone else's, patronage.

The food here is truly awful. Of the garlic bread, chicken parma and sloppy avocado veal mess that we ordered the only edible thing was the garlic bread. Way overpriced for the revolting, tasteless, oily conconctions they serve up as mains. The Roccas should be ashamed. Wish we had eaten at KFC across the road, would have been about half the price, much tastier and most likey better for us. How places like this survive I do not know. Would not go back if you paid me!

Great pizzas and very affordable. We had a great time. Try the Marks special with garlic. Nicki makes the best coffee in Melbourne - great price too. We'll be back! Its mulitcultural! - Its melbourne!
