Fantastic new Indian Restaurant in North Carlton. Great food - good flavours and quality. Great range. The entrees are fantastic. I love the curries - the best in Melbourne without a doubt...this is a real gem.

Wow what a find! We were planning to meet friends next door, but decided to give Indya Bistro a go after I had read some good reviews on my iphone. Best decision ever! I have never tasted curry and naan like this before, and I consider myself a curry connoisseur (in my own mind). I highly recommend the chicken korma and the lamb saagwala. The entrees were perfect (we shared 4-5 of them). My friend ate the fish curry and it was tasty (I've got no idea what the person who complained about it is on). The waiter told me that the liquor license is now approved, so I think I've found my new favourite curry house! Great service too - we went on the weekend, but give it a go during the week when its less busy.

This is a little gem of a resturant in a nice location. I fly in from interstate and was recommended this indian place. The entree and main was delicious, and really good serving size, so I was well filled. I know I'll be back here again next time I'm in melbourne.
