Bar Nothing is an old converted stable on Pigdon Street in Carlton. The original charm of the building has been retained in the vaulted ceilings, the open fireplace and exposed brick walls. The decor is made up of all the things you'll remember from your first share house. To be more specific, it's an eclectic blend of 60's, 70's, 80's, and 90's tables, chairs, TVs, and comfy sofas. So no, it's not high class, but it is high value, and you're guaranteed a fun time with all the different cocktails and drinks on offer. Did I mention how economical this place is? You really must go there to understand what I mean.

It's the perfect place for a low to modest budget get together. The whole venue is available for private hire. Check their website for more details on drink and catering offers. They have many options available according to what your budget is, how you want to pay and how many people you are bringing. Bar Nothing is open to the public from Wednesday to Sunday, 7pm until 1am. It's proof don't have to break the bank to have a great night out.

I had a great time here! cocktails are not quite up to par with those at a fancier bar, but if you are looking for cheap, tasty, and really relaxing, Bar Nothing is definitely worth a visit. The staff were very friendly. The venue is quiet and closes early in week, i'd go on a weekend night for a bigger night out. Try every cocktail on the menu if you can, why not at $20/6 drinks!
