There has recently been media coverage of Tasmania's hospitality sector and how restaurants/bars/cafes are letting down the state's tourism industry. I thought it was a beat up until I had a very unpleasant experience at the Beach House in Sandy Bay. I have never experienced a ruder hospitality worker (who also claims to be the owner). I do not wish to tar all eateries with the same brush, but merely highlight that the minority are letting down their colleagues.
