Curly's Bar

Dance the night away at this late night venue or take in the night air on the rooftop garden.

Editorial

Part of the old Tattersalls Hotel building, Curly's Bar is a haven for those after a late night party. Live music and DJs provide plenty of excuses to dance, and the dance floor can get pretty crowded on a Saturday night. Sparsely furnished with banquettes and ottomans, there's lots of standing room for those who want to survey the scene. The dim lighting also aids those who are in the mood for romance. The open fireplace, which gives the place a cosy feel, helps create an intimate environment too.

One of Curly's great appeals is that the drinks are so reasonably priced you actually forget you're actually in a nightclub. There's a selection of beers on tap as well as imported bottled beers. Another bonus is that you can get a decent glass of wine, which is sometimes an impossibility in late night venues. However, it's the cocktails that prove to be the favourite tipple.

For an added bonus, if you need to cool off, head upstairs to the Rooftop Bar. Again, it's a sparsely fitted out space but the people create a great vibe and it's easy to lose a few hours here.

Once refreshed rejoin the masses down at Curly's. The party is sure to be still in full swing.
