I hope things have improved since I was there last (early November 07). The Bistro is alright, but over rated, the bar is a disgrace, beautifully renovated but if you like sitting in other people's slops and sticky drink rings with big fat hairy blow flies buzzing around your head this is the place for you. The bar staff (particulary the girls) have no idea of customer service, the young man makes an effort, but service (for want of a better word) leaves much to be desired.
