Legends, they say, are made and not born. Chloe’s in Kent Town, is certainly the stuff of legends. This institution has been around for decades and like the good wine it cellars, the old girl just gets better and better. This glorious Victorian villa is home to some of the best modern Australian cuisine in Adelaide. Chef Johnny Triscari and owner and sommelier Nick Papazahariakis work together beautifully. Expect confit of rabbit on sesame pastry with a grape salad or a duck breast and Szechwan leg sausage with pickled melon sauté kailian. The wine list is superb. Ideal for a special occasion.
