Every city has a few well loved institutions. They might not always be the best restaurants in town, but they’re a good balance of all the fundamentals. Enzo’s is one such institution in Adelaide. This traditional trattoria oozes warmth and charm, and there are a good many regulars who have been coming here for over a decade. Among the favourite house dishes is the Coniglio alla cacciatore (rabbit slow cooked in a traditional game hunter style) and of course the Braciolette di vitello alla Bocelli (char-grilled filled veal escalopes) – the dish made famous by Andrea Bocelli who visited the restaurant in 2004.
