The problem with reviewing restaurants is that you often have to let the cat out of the bag. Places like Nghi Ngan Quan are so loved by locals that they want to keep them to themselves, however in the interest of the greater good, it is only fair that all are in on the joy that is Nghi Ngan Quan. On a visit to this busy, stylish diner must-haves include the tender and fiery beef salad, anything barbequed and the beef pho – possibly the best in town. To be honest, it’s hard to fault any dish here. Service is efficient and friendly.
