For the initiated, Korean food can seem a little overwhelming. It can be spicier than many other Asian cuisines and there can also be a rather confronting array of offal. However, there is no need to fear as there are many dishes which suit a more humble palate. Korea Jung does all the staples well. The bibimbap (rice, meat, vegetables, chilli sauce and egg) here is one of the best in Adelaide. The seafood pancake is also packed with flavour as is the bulgogi (marinated meat). The hot-pots are great value and perfect for curing winter ailments. Very well-priced too.
