Kings Head Hotel showcases the best in South Australian wines, beers and produce.

Editorial

Kings Head Hotel has some serious regional pride. Their whole shtick is about locally produced food and alcohol. It's a commitment they take pretty seriously with a selection of locally produced wines, beers, meats, vegetables and more. If it can be grown and raised in South Australia then they're all over it. While this dedication borders on the obsessive, it does make sense. Locally produced products have a flavour and vibrancy you just won't find in products shipped from halfway around the world.

Originally built in 1872, the hotel comprises a cocktail saloon, an a la carte restaurant, beer garden, newly refurbished alfresco dining space and the function room. It's a large sprawling venue that's able to accommodate everything from a casual beer to a formal occasion.

While the building dates back to the 19th century it's been renovated extensively over the years. These days the Kings Head is a modern, bright and breezy hotel - one well-known for its restaurant menu and accompanying wine list. With a full cocktail menu and a selection of locally produced beers, it can accommodate both casual drinkers and those looking for a uniquely South Australian dining experience.
