Have always enjoyed the fabulous food here which has certainly always made up for the less than impressive service. Not anymore, good food can only go so far and the extremely poor and very rude service I've had the last three times I've been is enough. These people want to be in teh entertainment book but then require you to provide the voucher upfront before ordering - sounds to me like they're going to give you less food or poor quality, why else do they need to know before the bill is tallied like most places? They once even changed to bill to a higher amount after i gave them my entertainment card voucher! The good food can no longer make up for the poor service. Jerusalem is off my favourites list, don't care how good their falafels are!
