It took almost 2 hours for our food to arrive and it was'nt exactly packed. (We threatened to walk out having seen others who had entered after us get served long before us). It appeared that the service is slow on purpose so that the waiters can visit the table half a dozen time to up sell you more over priced drinks (while conveniently forgetting to bring our complimentary champagne that came with our dish). My medium rare steak was chewy and tough, the blackened barramundi so salty it was inedible and the rest of the food deep fried in old oil. One look at the overly large menu suggests that it is too vast for them to truly excel at anything and the icing on the cake was the hidden charges. ($1.80 surcharge for dujon mustard and $1 for mash instead of chips). This was a truly woeful experience and having visited a great reataurant across the road the following evening, we realised just how bad this place is...avoid!
