Guilt-free pizza is one of the best inventions, ever. That people still bother with sub-standard doughy bases and great wads of overly processed toppings is a crime against culinaria. This is why we love Good Life. These people are serious about quality. Their bases are made with organic flour, filtered water, and aged for over 24 hours. Everything is locally sourced and organic where possible. Do not go past their margarita pizza with hand-crushed organic tomatoes, or their Angaston spicy salami. Housed in a heritage listed building, the setting is rustic, warm and stylish. A good South Australian wine list is reasonably priced.
