Bazu

places|sa|adelaide|bazu
Szechuan cuisine is known for its spiciness. And while some westerners think they are down with super fiery Szechuan dishes, they probably haven’t tried a real Szechuan hot-pot. The levels of heat that Chinese diners can stand is generally well beyond most of us. However, at Bazu you can test your endurance. Here the tables are fitted with your own individual steamboat and you order your selection of meats and vegetables to cook yourself. From pigs’ ears to tongue, there isn’t much of the animal you can’t eat here. There are tamer options for the less adventurous. Reasonably priced.
