I don't get it. You have to do everything yourself except slit the cow's throat. Queue for a drink Queue to place your order Wait 40+ minutes for them to cook a medium rare steak that is cold and over cooked. You have to pay $6.00 extra for chips (you are not allowed to substitute for your potato) and then get attitude from the supervisor when THEY run out of potato and tell you that you have to have chips! All this for the privilege of paying $32.00 for just the steak. Which you are happy to do if you are getting good service and a good experience.
