In the shadow of the ‘Gabba, the Chalk Hotel is a behemoth of a venue, encompassing no fewer than eight bars and a couple of restaurants for good measure, not to mention the private function areas. How you experience the Chalk is up to you. Stumps Bar & Kitchen is the spot for after work beers and a cheap steak dinner, or grab a coffee to go from Sticks Street cafe. Up top Dust is something of a club complex with an awesome deck with city views on which to enjoy a cocktail or two while rotating DJs keeping the party going late into the night.
