This restaurant places great emphasis on their healthy approach to its recipes which are all gluten and MSG free. In this day of waist-watching and organic-eating, this fact is definitely a drawcard. While curries are made using organic meat, the vegetarian and vegan population is very well taken care of, as are the fitness fanatics who, upon request, can order low fat “yoga food” versions of any dish.

For those looking for a little more spice in their life the “action curries” - modelled on the Action Club in England - are guaranteed to induce heavy precipitation and fluid intake. A Night in India provides for every dietary requirement whether it's a chilli hit, a vegan option or a low-calorie, full-flavoured meal. If you're craving a typical Aussie-inspired Indian dish, the butter chicken is also a well-founded favourite, prepared the traditional way and served with rice and optional pida.
