The Ice Bar story dates back two centuries, and involves a Kiwi, some Russian fisherwomen, a lingerie model, broken glass, an angry polar bear and copious amounts of vodka (none of this has been verified). The moral of the story is that vodka served on ice, in ice and surround by ice, is better than anything you can think of.
