May we introduce ourselves and our cuisine: Monika and Nick, both originally from Switzerland, created Des Alpes Restaurant in 1993 with the idea to treat Australians to Nick's love and talent of cooking Swiss cuisine; and Monika's love and talent of making the guests feel at home.
