A good local Thai restaurant is a thing of beauty, and the folks of Kangaroo Point seem well pleased with Thai Korath. The first thing you’ll notice about Thai Korath is the casual and relaxed atmosphere. Sitting out on their stylish verandah of a balmy night is a great way to spend an evening. While grilled prawns in tamarind sauce might be their signature dish, there are plenty of other must-haves. For entrée try the coconut prawns, followed by the red duck curry and calamari salad. They also do a god pad Thai. Prices are reasonable.
