Incorporating four bars under the one roof, you'll think you've died and gone to Heaven at the Pineapple Hotel ?? well, almost. This award-winning hotel has undergone a few makeovers in its time, but still remains a popular destination for a wide age group. You can find families, out for an evening meal, sharks looking to prove their manhood on the pool table, or young guns pulling out their best dance moves (is that the Spinkler?) to a bit of live rock'n'roll. Diversity is definitely a drawcard here.
The Park bar is where all the action happens. The modern surrounds lend this section a more frenetic feel than the other bars, with a younger crowd moving in each weekend for a thorough catch up session over a jug of XXXX. Seriously, they serve XXXX. It probably goes well with the top 40 hits pumping out of the sound system. The Lounge bar off to the side is a similar affair, although more emphasis is placed on sitting and lounging, as opposed to standing and shimmying. Of course, the Steakhouse restaurant is there if you really want to make a meal of it.
And the mighty beer garden is just about the only one you'll need over summer. Bring a group of friends and load up on your prime, aged beef, as you play the age-old game of ?find a date'. During winter the Pineapple whip out the heaters, so you can indulge almost any (legal) outdoor activity all year round.
