Located in the heart of 'The Valley', Three is a contemporary bistro with a diverse menu and has something to suit everyone. It's all here - seafood, pasta, meats, salads and soups. Entrees average around $20 and mains come in at around $30 - $40. Steaks are a feature of this menu and a quick scan of the remaining items do not reveal anything resembling even a token vegetarian option, so be warned, even the onion tart contains ham. Desserts are traditional - pudding, tarts and crumbles - and all priced at $15. Like the menu, the wine list is long and diverse, with most bottles hovering around $50. Three is in the upper level of dining choices for Fortitude Valley.
