The Ford Mustang is currently the Ford company's oldest car still in production. Blazing into the hearts and minds of Americans from the mid '60s, this iconic car is as memorable as it is powerful and stylish. Fittingly, Mustang Bar, in the Valley, is every bit as memorable as its horse-powered namesake. An American-style bar, Mustang harks back to the days when you could swing into the car park with your little lady, order a few pops and then dance the night away. Good wholesome fun, but here with the addition of a little alcoholic refreshment.
Beer and sports get most of the look in here, but the bar also turns on a heap of live entertainment. Live bands and DJs strut their stuff on weekends, with a number of special events and after-parties thrown in for good measure. Behind the bar is a classic collection of iconic beers - Corona, Budweiser, Heineken et al - plus a good measure of spirits of the ol' US of A. Nothing is more red, white and blue than three fingers of Turkey.
Try your hand at taking a local on the pool tables at the 'Stang, and you might be quite surprised. They pride themselves on the level of competition, and even have social comps to sort the wheat from the chaff.
