Urban Brisbane
Editorial
With the Roma Street Parklands tumbling for hectares below, and the city views offered for conferences and functions in the Urban Hotel's upper levels, Gazebo restaurant provides an enjoyable space for an afternoon break. Or, for that matter, an early morning breakfast, a corporate function, lunch with friends or a private dinner. This iconic restaurant has been around for years, but was only unleashed in its new form in late 2008. The Gazebo team cater for most needs and gladly work with clientele to create the perfect event, whether that be a simple breakfast in bed or a lavish wedding reception with vast and breathtaking metropolitan panoramas.
The local produce sourced by executive chef Joseph Fenton is playfully, yet artfully, intertwined with international flavours to create exciting dishes. The generous buffet breakfast features an endless choice of fresh fruit, yoghurt and cereal plus a variety of hot and cold dishes. A la carte breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack menus (as well as a room service version) cover all bases with the utmost of care. Gazebo has managed to package itself as an all-in-one venue, with a focus on corporate travellers and upmarket leisure guests. Top-notch service is accompanied by a five-star menu.
