Mundo Churrasco

In the olden days, "Gauchos" Southern Brazilian Cowboys pierced large pieces of meat on skewers and slowly roasted them over pits of open flames. Gauchos would prepare a feast for their families while talking about their adventures on the plains. The roasted meats were brought around to each family, offering the best of the gaucho's herd.

What about including that this is an authentic Brazilian "Churrascaria", where you will find picanha, cupim farofa, pao-de-queijo, pudim de leite and many other Brazilian recipes.

The meat really really was salty and that after everyone should be well aware that too much salt harms the human body! We requested a less salty meet version – It was hard to communicate with the staff as they are not able to talk enough English. I would not go back there. The potato salad came straight out of the fridge. The ambient is like sitting at a train station. Waiters knocking over drinks…The hot food was just warm for the price it more that disappointing. I was on the way to organise a work function there but I am so happy that I went there first! Saved me from a big disaster.
