Bespoke means made to order, and yup, that's what you'll get here: a menu tailor-made every day. We can't guarantee drinks tailor-made but there's a decent range of Port, Muscat, Tokay, cognac, armagnac and digestifs so you can ask 'em to mix you up something and see what happens.
