Taking the family out for dinner can be a tricky thing to do. Catering to different tastes and fussy eaters makes dining out a minefield, that’s why the Blue Marlin is one of the easiest options in Darwin. Set on the pristine waters of Fannie Bay, it’s hard to beat this restaurant when it comes to big groups and kids. There’s a very obliging kids menu – think nuggets, schnitzel and pizza, and for the adults, you can’t go past their seafood. The chilli beer prawns are a favourite. Prices are reasonable considering the size of the portions. Sunday breakfasts are popular.
