Editorial

The moment you step into the jazz bar, the atmosphere embraces you. Its dim lighting combined with the rich timber decor, red trim and eclectic artwork provides a warm welcome and is the perfect setting for a pre-dinner drink or post-work unwind. Stepping through to the restaurant, you'll discover a variety of different sized rooms providing tables and booths for seating. Once seated, the atmosphere is so intimate it's easy to forget there are other diners around. The old-style booth seating is a favourite, offering privacy and comfort.

If you love spices, you'll love the variety of Thai, Malay and Indian cuisine on offer. To warm up your tastebuds, try the Malay gado-gado entree or the tantalising tom yum prawn soup. One of the most popular main meals is the Thai fried fish smothered in Nirvana's famous three flavoured sauce. If Indian spices are a favourite, you can't beat the rich and creamy Indian lamb korma. This is merely a hint of what is available and each dish is prepared according to your individual taste, from extra spicy to extremely mild. All the dishes complement each other so you'll notice that, on most tables, dishes are placed in the centre so everyone can share and enjoy.
