My wife and I -- Californians -- stumbled upon the Hero yesterday afternoon and had a BALL! Very friendly staff and great beer and food, but it was our fellow customers who made it such fun. Two different Hen Parties came by on treasure hunts and got us involved, and we talked with several locals about everything from US politics to cricket. Not only that, there was a cool band playing featuring a "little old lady" (sorry about that term) who sang and played saxophone and flugelhorn -- too cool! We recommend this place VERY highly to anyone looking for a fun interaction with locals.
